Filthy american here with a quick question about upcoming progs: Do you have either Smith & Baikie's 'New Statesmen' or (any) Tyranny Rex slated for future eps?
ReplyDeleteNot yet. Would you like to pick one to do on the book club?
DeleteNot sure as I'm qualified-- am only relatively recently familiar with Smith's greater body of work, and I've never been a 2000ad regular reader. You could say the Smithverse is a fresh obsession.
Delete'New Statesmen' is a fascinating little mulligan's stew, though, with some beautiful & strange facets, especially in the art department. Fegrado aping Baikie isn't something I thought I'd ever encounter!
What's the time window for recording, where you are?
I'm in the UK and use Zencastr for online recording. No rush at all. If youre interested email me MCBCpodcast@gmail.com
